Before checking out couple-friendly porn studio Adam & Eve’s latest offering, Free Ride, I had almost forgotten how much I like Asia Carrera.  Often, a porn starlet’s career can be as relatively short as the eruption of a roman candle on the Fourth of July (or any other eruption you might consider appropriate to this subject). A gander at Free Ride demonstrates her enduring assets. For starters, the girl is uncommonly cute in a way that’s very accessible to the mainstream (no doubt a crucial consideration for Adam & Eve, whose bread and butter lies with bachelors and couples who usually only dabble in adult entertainment, mostly via pay-per-view softcore options, through which an edited version of Free Ride is available). Her toothy grin, which pops up in opportune, mid-coital moments, is charming as hell. Makes you want to find out exactly what you’d have to do to make her smile that smile.  Plus, Asia demonstrates a quality that, to me, is just about the most important ingredient for a porn starlet… enthusiasm. Through much of her scenes in Free Ride, it looks like the girl is having the time of her life as she gets bent over out in the woods and rammed doggy style, or engages in couple-oriented threesomes.You really do get the feeling that she’s enjoying what she does. If she is, that makes her one hell of an adult performer; if she’s not, that makes her an even better adult performer, and quite an actress to boot. Still, as much as I’ve a soft spot for the venerable Ms. Carrera, and as solid as her performance is here, the show is almost stolen by another longtime performer and another nubile, young Asian.  The longtime performer is Dee, a beautifully blackalicious nymph whose work I remember proselytizing for profit a few years back when we both worked for the late, lamented Odyssey Group Video. Dee is the kind of performer who should have a nice, long career in adult films, if she so desires—her gorgeous Nubian looks aren’t going anywhere, and her consistently sexy scenes make her worthy of a far higher and more lucrative profile.In Free Ride Dee squares off with mouthwatering Mia Smiles, a tiny, tantalizing Asian tart who clearly loves sex. Her level of enjoyment in going down on Dee is only matched by her black lover’s, and when Dee returns the favor, Mia’s humping hips and shouts of ecstasy push the action to a whole other level. “Fuck!” Mia calls out as her entire body convulses. Give Free Ride a spin and you may be saying the same thing.
