A recent survey reveals condoms are the most popular form of contraception: 65 percent of people choose them, while 22 percent use the pill.
Younger people are more likely to use condoms, with 75 percent of people under 16 and 73 percent of 16- to 17-year-olds choosing them as their main method of contraceptive.
Only three percent of people globally don't use any contraception—not even crossing their fingers or saying a prayer.
Seven in 10 people would tell their partner if they'd had a sexually transmitted disease or infection, but only 47 percent would admit having an affair.
However, more than two-thirds (68 percent) would tell a partner about their sexual fantasies. Among these would be: sex with their best friend's partner (36 percent of all people have fantasized about this), while 35 percent of women have thought about sex with another woman.
But by far the most popular fantasy is sex with a celebrity (Brad Pitt and J-Lo ranking highest) more than two thirds of people globally (65 percent) admit they've imagined making love to a star. |
