Blondie and her partner Vince believe that a woman's erotic fantasies and experiences should dictate the atmosphere for sensual encounters. This is the philosophy behind Blondie's Playground. "We use this as a guide to create an atmosphere that appeals to a woman's desire to be pampered, respected, and loved, while remaining in a realm of incredible safety. We believe in the premise that where a woman is comfortable exploring her sexual nature, men will be in grateful attendance."

Thus, Blondie's Playground offers two types of party each month: The Couple's Party and the Extreme Party. Couples Parties are designed for couples in committed relationships who are most likely new to the swinging lifestyle. The target group is aged 25 to 45, and while guests are not expected to have perfect figures, they guarantee you won't see outrageously large guests either. The Couple's Parties only allow a small number of hand-picked singles with reservations for 8 to10 couples and 1 to 3 singles.

Extreme Parties are new to Blondie's Playground and are meant for a mix of more singles to couples. The men to women ratio is different with about 8 women to 22 men. These parties are meant for women who are into multiple partners, either one-by-one in succession or in groups. Extreme Parties are held monthly.

Blondie's Playground is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which contains a social area and 3 play areas. As attendance increases, there is room for 2 additional play areas. There is also a large hot tub to relax and chat in. A buffet is provided with a great selection, as well as soft drinks, bottled water and energy drink. However, if wine or liquor is what you're after, you'll have to bring your own. (But it is not encouraged, because alcohol consumption is not conducive to safe play.) Guests are encouraged to bring CD's for listening and dancing, but Blondie's does have lots of music to choose from. Large soft towels, lubricants and condoms are available in each play area, but you may bring your own and toys as well.

Blondie's is single male friendly. For every 5 couples in the Couples Party, one single male is allowed. Extreme Parties allow for up to 25 men. All single men must be prescreened by Blondie herself to make sure they are "non-pushy, attractive, and articulate, demonstrating that they are an asset to the group in one way or another."
