"There are 11 graduates of former Academies," she explains, "mostly service submissives from the northeast, but one from Detroit!" The three-day curriculum includes classes on household chores, comportment, grooming, party planning, flower arranging and How to Pamper your Mistress.The dream weekend of dinners and teas is held at a lovely bed and breakfast in the Pocono Mountains, a completely private facility on five secluded acres. There are spacious rooms, a whirlpool, a sauna and a game room for your relaxation, though these will no doubt be enjoyed only by Mistresses. Sissy Maid students probably won't find much time to relax! A fine selection of home cooked, made-to-order meals are served, including a champagne breakfast in bed, presented by your Sissy Maid, if you so choose. The Inn's proprietors are "scene-friendly" and even have their own private dungeon. "The weekend is a good way to find out if a person really enjoys service," Stephanie tells me. "They will also have an opportunity to dress in uniform the entire time, something not always possible." The next Academy will be held in November and capacity is limited to a dozen students and dominants, so don't procrastinate if this is something you think you'd love to do!  "I also do private maid training," Stephanie adds. "Last December, I was invited to San Francisco to train five maids for a Mistress. It's really great fun to meet others with the same feelings and desires and help the scene."Stephanie's home looks like a sissy maid paradise. When I ask about her decor, she tells me, "I want my home to be a reflection of my personality and who I am. I have a display (some people call it a shrine) of memorabilia I've collected over the years as my Sissy self." I ask if she entertains often, or hostesses out-of-town guests. "Yes, I do entertain. I generally have two house parties a year. I like to invite a good mix of people. Yes, there will be many Sissies, but also some "regular" crossdressers and some ladies. A few times a man has even shown up! One time, we sissified a man who came." Wrapping up, I ask Stephanie if there's anything she'd like to add: "The 'SMA' at the end of my name stands for 'Sissy Maid Academy,' a designation which is used by graduates."
