Thirteen Little Devils is a relatively new-ish space on the Lower East Side, on a dark stretch of Orchard Street where hip restaurants aren't every five feet. Management is hoping to attract club denizens disillusioned with the exclusive red rope establishments that have invaded the neighborhood. The street level features a long, loooong bar with two shiny brass go-go poles and a DJ booth. Downstairs is the live music space, with low ceilings that harkens back to divey downtown nightclubs of old.Everything has gotten so slick these days that a space reminiscent of the roots of raunch is most welcome, indeed!
DJs Michael T. of Motherfucker and Rated X renown, Darryl Hell, SMack!'s music maestro, and Xris of Otikon will take turns spinning industrial, glam rock, synthpop and 80s tunes that will get ya sweaty. In between the dance beats, your host and hostesses will offer grudge matches refereed by Kevin Carpet. Mistress Aphrodite will get into the ring with "Little" Cari of Arena Studios and Mistress Sonya will square off against Ball and Chain's Lady Cosette in The Battle of the Boobs. Sayako's
guts and gore. And entertaining performances by Mistress Xstine and Mistress Lexx Envy of Dangerous Vixens and Philly's Fitness Queen Mistress Raven Hart will amuse those patrons who can't stomach the punching. Ha! Special guest star International Mistress Kelly will be presiding ringside, where Vann Godfrey will be airbrushing a naked body or two. One-two punch go-go by Decadence, Sky and Nejjat will keep those go-go poles greased. And SMack! Video Lab will whip up some boxing fetish video for even more mind-boggling eyeball excitement.
