We've talked about the Erotic University (www.eroticuniversity.com) before. They offer classes in things like pole dancing, how to make love to your partner, exploring sexuality and others. Now they're sponsoring an all-day class for couples.  It's called Adventurous Couples, and it delves into the duality of the sexual nature of couples. The curriculum looks like it's designed for those who enjoy a long-term relationship, so you might consider that before you grab someone to sign up.Hosted by EU founders, Jeff and Kit Booth, this is touted as "an experiential learning lab…couples get exposure to a variety of sexual opportunities in a safe and supportive environment where you can share these feelings with one another." Wow, doesn't that sound hot for a Saturday? There will be three sessions during the day, with each focusing further in the realm of couples sexuality and sensuality, as well as trust issues. Session one is the sex toy initiation, with a discussion and lecture on toys, lubes, water toys, and more that you can use to spice up your bedroom play. Session two will focus more on adult games, and games that can be played in a group, as well as offering the opportunity to try some of them out with others in the class. Blind Man's Bluff anyone? Session three seems the most ambitious of the day, with an introduction to swinging. According to class curriculae, you'll "learn the basics of etiquette, and the importance of consensuality. You may also choose to stay later into the evening when the facility will be hosting a swing party. You do not have to participate to attend." You should note, as we have discussed before, swinging deals with trust issues in a relationship - if you and your mate are currently having problems with trust, now may not be the time to delve into the swing-scene.  It's a hot class in a hot location - near Palm Springs. Exact location will be revealed once you have signed up for the class or have indicated your desire to attend the swing party by RSVP'ing to the email address below. The grounds where the sessions will be held are also conveniently clothing-optional, so if your comfort level allows, you can go starkers all day long. The grounds are also a mineral spa, so you'll have a place to relax, soak and swim when you're not in session. The class costs $100 per couple, which does not include accommodation stay. There are limited rooms on premises, however, and local hotels nearby. Once you RSVP, you'll receive all this information. But for a day at a spa, three sessions on sensuality and a swing party thrown in, $100 is definitely the bargain of the New Year.
